Raptor Arch
NABSQNO 12S 509867 4304183 MAP

Raptor Arch is in a remote area of the San Rafael Swell in Utah and has been visited by very few. Its span is estimated at about 40 feet by the photographer, Terry Miraglia. It can be reached by a cross-country day hike which requires map reading and route finding skills. Detailed directions and a route map can be found in the October 1995 issue of SPAN (which were sufficient to allow the webmaster to make the journey successfully). See this arch in 3D.
