Natural Arch of Kentucky

Natural Arch of Kentucky is one of the best examples of a shelter type natural arch found anywhere. It is located in the Daniel Boone National Forest in McCreary County, Kentucky, and has a span of 100 feet. This photo by Jay Wilbur introduced a special issue of SPAN devoted to natural arches in Kentucky in July 1995.
