NABSQNO 12S-230420-3721015. The Eagles Eye is a double, shelter natural arch eroded through basalt. It is located in the New Water Mountains about 18 miles east of Quartzite, La Paz County, Arizona. The arch is visible to the south from a stretch of Interstate 10, and most people are satisfied by viewing it from this distance. There are many different ways to access the arch, but they are all difficult. Consult with the BLM prior to any attempt to get close to the arch and make sure you have extra water in this part of the country. The Eagles Eye was included in the Vreeland catalog as number 12-28. The larger opening has a span of 19 feet.
