Natural Bridge of Texas is an old cave natural arch eroded through Edwards limestone. It is located at the entrance of Natural Bridge Caverns in Comal County about 20 miles northeast of San Antonio, Texas. The caverns are privately owned, but no charge is made for just viewing the natural arch. Vreeland cataloged this arch as number 17-36 and gave the following dimensions: span - 60 feet, height - 25 feet, thickness - 1 foot, and width - 6 feet. There is a small hole through the lintel.
