NABSQNO 15S-550710-4126570. Needles Eye Natural Arch is a buttress natural arch eroded through Jefferson City dolomite. It is located above the Gasconade River, about 5 miles northeast of Hartville, Missouri. Because it is located on private land, close access requires permission of the landowner. However, the arch can be seen from the river when foliage is absent. Needles Eye Natural Arch appears in the second edition of the Beveridge catalog as number 267. The arch has a span of 21 feet and a height of 10 feet.
