Phalanx Arch in Whitley County, Kentucky

NABSQNO 16S-743019-4086606. Phalanx Arch is a cave natural arch eroded through sandstone. It is located within the boundaries of Daniel Boone National Forest. Access is via a very short hike from a paved then good gravel road that heads north from the small town of Young's Creek. It has a span of 53 feet, a height of 13 feet, a width of 44 feet, and a thickness of about 9 feet.
