Window Rock is an abandoned natural arch eroded through Dakota sandstone that has a high iron content. It is located on the main trail through the Picketwire Canyonlands area of Comanche National Grasslands managed by the US Forest Service. Access is by hiking this trail, or by the ranger guided 4WD tour that is offered 16 times a year. This tour also stops at the largest set of dinosaur tracks in the world. Window Rock has a span of 12 feet and a height of 4 feet.
