NABSQNO 12S-681070-4332430. Arete Arch is an unusually broad buttress natural arch eroded through Entrada sandstone. It is located above Mee Canyon in a BLM wilderness area west of Grand Junction, Colorado. Access requires a permit and directions from the BLM ranger station in Grand Junction. The arch was named for its unusual shape. It has a span of about 20 feet.
