NABSQNO 15T-721570-4805015. Elephant Trunk Rock is a pillar natural arch eroded through Galesville sandstone. The base of the arch and the most fragile part of the vertical lintel have been stablized with cement. It is located ajacent to State Highway 58, about two miles south of Ithaca Township, Richland County, Wisconsin. The arch has a span of 4 feet and a height of 7 feet. Vreeland included this arch in his catalog as number 14-17.
