It is located in Guadalupe Mountains National Park, in a tributary of South McKittrick Canyon, Culberson County, Texas. Although South McKittrick Canyon is deservedly one of the most popular hiking trails in the state, the park has closed the side canyon the arch is in to hikers. Special permission is required to visit the arch. It has a span of about 45 feet.
