NABSQNO 13S-369400-4019325. Cats Eye is a propped natural arch eroded through Entrada sandstone. It is located about 250 feet above a roadside rest area along US Highway 84, a little less that 5 miles north of its intersection with State Highway 96 in Rio Arriba County, New Mexico. Cats Eye has also been called Talus Arch. It has a span of about 20 feet and a height of about 25 feet.
