Portland Arch is a meander natural bridge eroded through Mansfield sandstone by a tributary of Bear Creek. It is located in a public park near Fountain, Indiana. The park is owned by the Nature Conservancy and managed by the Indiana Department of Natural Resources as a National Natural Landmark. Access is via a loop trail that leads to the arch. Vreeland included Portland Arch as number 14-5 in his catalog. He reported a span of 15 feet and a height of 8 feet.
