NABSQNO 12S-682250-4331720. Protractor Arch is a very interesting double buttress natural arch eroded through Entrada sandstone. Wall collapse is actively occurring at this stage of its development. In the very near future, the two openings will merge and expand to form a single, much larger, buttress natural arch.

Protractor Arch is located above Mee Canyon in a BLM wilderness area west of Grand Junction in Mesa County, Colorado. Access requires a permit and directions from the BLM ranger station in Grand Junction. The larger opening has a span of about 30 feet.
