Landscape Arch from Loop Road (1)

The main park road ends at the Devil's Garden trailhead. The road becomes one-way and makes a loop before re-joining the two-way road. In traveling this loop, and after passing the Campground turnoff, look for three posts along the road. Park in a turn out 10 or 20 ft. before reaching the posts Look between the pair of fins to the right of the pair of fins down which the Devil's Garden Trail passes, and an oblique view of Landscape Arch is visible. Although one can see the Arch with the naked eye, binoculars provide a better view. This photo was taken with a 600mm lens. |
