This arch is on the South Rim of Grand Canyon N.P. Drive the East Rim Road and turn right at the Yaki Point turnoff, then left toward the South Kaibab Trail trailhead. Walk about 150 yards south from the parking lot and walk along the rim and look below about 20 ft. to view the arch. The best time to view the arch is around sunset.
