The Arch is on one of the 200 Rock Islands in the country of Palau in the western Pacific Ocean. Palau is in the Caroline Islands, which in turn is part of Micronesia. This particular Rock Island is about 10 miles by boat southwest of the capitol city of Koror. The span appears to be at least 50 feet and is made of limestone. Photo by Gus Scott.
