Oregon Bridge One
Taveling north on US 101 along the southern Oregon Coast, the traveler crosses a very scenic bridge across Thomas Creek. About 3 miles north of this bridge (and about half way between Gold Beach and Brookings), there is a turn-out on the left. Park here and descend some stairs to a platform from which two scenic sea arches are visible. This view shows the arches in the context of the surrounding area. See Oregon Bridge 2 for a closer view showing opening through both arches. Photo and directions by Dawn Claus.
