Pine Canyon Briges Nos. 1 and 2
Pine Canyon in Zion National Park parallels the long Zion-Mt. Carmel Tunnel on its north side. Significant climbing skills including a maximum rappel of 100 feet are required to accesss this Canyon. Mr. Neiman exclaims "what a magnificent slot!". One must hike beneath both bridges after rappeling 60 feet down the sculpted chamber known as "The Cathedral". The larger opening has an estimated height of 30 ft. Photograph and description by Mr. Paul Neiman.
