Misery Canyon Bridge No. 1
"Fat Man's Misery Canyon" is a small north-south oriented slot drainage south of Checkerboard Mesa that feeds into Parunaweap Canyon in Zion National Park. This is the first of four natural bridges in this Canyon. Significant climbing skills including a maximum rappel of 45 feet are required to access the natural bridges in this Canyon. This especially aesthetic span served as an anchor for the next rappel just down-canyon. Photograph and description by Mr. Paul Neiman.
